Based in Brighton, Kristiane has led the Project Delivery team at the University of Sussex, where she imparted her knowledge to a rapidly growing team. Notably, Kristiane successfully recovered the implementation of a new Student Information System, showcasing her expertise in turning around complex projects.
Kristiane’s diverse career spans the automotive, travel, charity, and education sectors. Her academic achievements include degrees in Business Administration, Electrical Engineering and Information Technology, and Positive and Coaching Psychology, underscoring her love of learning and natural curiosity.
Now, Kristiane is channelling her passion and expertise into authorship. She is currently writing a comprehensive guide on managing system implementation projects. Alongside her writing, Kristiane is available to speak at conferences and customer events.
